How does the medical intake work?
You answer a structured health questionnaire online; it takes about ten minutes. A licensed provider reviews it (and orders labs where needed) before anything is prescribed or shipped. No video visit is required unless your provider requests one.
Are these prescription treatments?
Some are. BHRT and the medical weight program are prescription therapies gated by provider review. You may not qualify, and that answer costs you nothing. Supplement protocols like the Foundation Stack ship without a prescription.
Do you take insurance?
Protocols are cash-pay, with the full price shown before checkout. In-clinic visits at Curtis Family Clinic accept most major commercial plans and Medicare.
How does shipping work?
Subscriptions ship monthly or quarterly in discreet packaging. Temperature-sensitive medication ships cold-chain with tracking.
Can I cancel or pause?
